Jewish Values in Action

JTConnect’s service learning program is for teens who want to “give something back” to the community and have a desire to be a part of something bigger than themselves. JTConnect offers a variety of one-day sessions for teens to make a difference by serving people and communities in need. Teens study Judaism’s view on real world problems, and then put what they have learned into action as volunteers, fulfilling the mitzvah of Tikkun Olam – Repairing the World. JTConnect provides meaningful, hands-on experiences that open a gateway to involvement in the Jewish community at a critical age.

All teens are welcome to participate in one or more sessions offered throughout the year in various locations in the region.
